The West Virginia Board of Accountancy is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for handling front office activities, including but not limited to, answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, mail and bank run, reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, and other duties and projects as assigned. Opportunity for advancement. Experience requirements: > Minimum high school diploma with 2-3 years work experience in a clerical/administrative environment. > Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in MS Office. > Special consideration given to those with wvOASIS and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience. > Highly motivated with a proactive, positive attitude. > Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time with minimal supervision.
