ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / GENERAL OFFICE CLERK

Job Type: Regular, Contract, Intern, Temporary
Job Schedule:Full-time, Part-time
Hourly Wage: $28 -- $28



We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer/ respond to phone calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:-
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents
• Preform accounting tasks with Quick Books, including expense reports, invoices, and compute time sheets
• Scheduling travel arrangements for sales team
• Provide administrative support for operation team
• Monitor production of staff
Qualifications:-
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills
• Strong time management
• Attention to detail
• Strong ability to multi-task
Compensation:
Part Time : Morning shift/ Afternoon shift
Full Time Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay rate: $28/hour
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid holidays, paid vacation time, and paid parking.
