Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Plays an active role in day-to-day technical program management and delivery of a large scale (200+ FTE) custom-off-the-Shelf (COTS) implementation effort including being knowledgeable and aware of all issues, risks, and requirements that make up the overall solution being implemented Manages technical team leads and other PMO staff assigned to deliver the overall solution Manages the team responsible for the post-production operational support activities of the integrated eligibility infrastructure Interacts on a frequent basis (daily or weekly) with key stakeholders, both internally and from a customer perspective Supports the customer during federal reviews including gate post reviews, CMS, State, and/or federal certification processes and any other federal review requirements Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in project management of an IT project(s) that encompassed the full system development life cycle from initiation through post implementation within a human services department or health insurance marketplace in a US state or territory 4+ years of management of deliverable development, submission, review, and acceptance tasks for an enterprise State or territory system implementation 10+ years of experience as a consultant in a customer-facing role Strong leadership and client-facing skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree PMP Careers with Optum.
