Primary Responsibilities: The IT Help Desk Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting technical assistance with computer related issues. Communicating with multiple employees via email and telephone to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions or guidance. Basic responsibilities include troubleshooting software, hardware and network related issues for local and remote employees. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Ability to follow directions, work in a team environment, work well independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Willing to learn and grow in the IT department.
