This is a chance to help improve the control environment rather than just audit it. As a part of the technology control testing team, you will collaborate with technology and security leaders to test critical processes, identify issues, quantify risks to objectives and help identify needed controls and control improvements. More specifically, . Educate, advise and collaborate with control and process owners to assess and improve the internal control environment . Collaborate with the rest of the testing team within Technology Quality Assurance to execute testing against defined schedule . Test and gain exposure to all areas of Technology, primarily in the Information Security area, based on interests in combination with team needs . Build out subject matter expertise related to testing tools and IT and IS Policy compliance **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven to ten years of experience in an applicable risk management environment - Applicable professional certifications Preferred Skills/Experience . Knowledge of financial services industry and related systems . Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CIA . Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends . Knowledge of technology and security functions, processes, services and tools, systems and platforms, and associated risks/controls . Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies (ie NIST, SOC2) . Demonstrated proficiency and success in a high volume testing environment .
