Job Description:/h3:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager
by assisting with daily branch operations, including dispatching temporary workers, driving
workers to job sites as needed and setting sales appointments. This position reports directly to
the Branch Manager.
* Sales and Customer Service : Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers
and our temporary workforce. Assists new applicants with the employment process, answers
questions and qualifies potential temporary employees for eligibility to work. Utilizes and
supports the CSP Sales Culture. Assists the Branch team in capturing and cultivating
customer loyalty and reinforcing a value added proposition to customers. Calls customers to
generate repeat sales and/or set sales appointments. Performs job site visits as needed.
* Maintains and Develops Accounts : Completes tasks such as bump calls and follows:up with
customers by calling pinks to ensure jobs are completed to the customers satisfaction.
Assists in the collection of payments in order to maintain accounts receivable guidelines.
Assists with the development of customer relationships through high:volume telephone
contact. This includes resolving customer problems, collection of payments due, and price
quoting within the assigned parameters of authority.
* Utilization of Best Match Dispatch : Understands the requests of the customer and delivers
the best fit when dispatching. Ensures that dispatch decisions do not adversely affect
individuals in a protected class. Ensures customers understand Labor Readys best match
dispatch policy and the presidents guarantee. May be heavily relied upon to work the phones
to find qualified workers when trying to fill a job order. (May be required to drive workers to
job site if they have no other means of transportation.)

Seeks new assignments and additional duties from Branch Manager. Demonstrates an
interest in the temporary staffing industry and the overall strategy and objectives of the

TrueBlue Brands in their market to achieve and/or maintain a dominant position in the market
* Open Communication : Ensures written and verbal information is shared in a clear, concise
manner with customers, temporary workers, co:workers and upline leaders. Demonstrates
active listening skills.
Operations/Regulatory Compliance : Processes payroll for temporary workers from a
completed work ticket while collecting borrowed equipment and matching advances against
the paycheck for accuracy. Ensures proper documentation before distribution of the
check/voucher. Ensures Labor Ready processes and policies are followed as represented in
the operations manual, employee handbook and/or the work website.
* Safety : Creates and reinforces a culture in the branch that places an emphasis on worker
safety being 1. Takes a proactive stance in the prevention of worker accidents. Contributes
annually to achieve worker safety ratio reductions.
* Other duties may be assigned.
