Office customer service for small insurance office. Duties include answering telephone, assisting clients with changes or billing questions, preparing quotes, contacting clients, accepting payments and receipting in payments. Must be friendly, possess excellent communication and computer skills, self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently. This position offers room for advancement and career opportunity.
