Structures America Innovative Engineering, PLC has purchased the assets of Pendergraf Engineering, PLC in 2006 and prior to that Syam Mannava, P.E. the Principal Engineer has been a partner in Pendergraf Engineering for 5 years. Pendergraf Engineering has been in business since 1977. We have a very stable client base and the Senior Engineer is a permanent position with the firm.
Job requires the following:
:Analysis and design of structures for schools, banks, institutions, offices, warehouses, medical offices, hospitals, and large residences, etc.
:Familiarity with different materials such as steel, concrete, wood, masonry, light gage steel, tilt:up concrete, ICF,etc. including metal building foundations.
:Perform seismic analysis and wind analysis of structures using building codes such as IBC, ASCE:7, ACI:318, ACI:530, AISC, AISI, NDS, etc.
:Furnish structural inspection reports based on visual inspections of buildings.
:Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
:Review shop drawings, provide clarifications to RFIs, Addendums, etc. to ensure successful completion of projects.
:Proficiency in using Finite Element based software such as RAM, Digital Canal, TEDDS, AutoCAD, etc. including BIM software such as REVIT.
Ideal Candidate has a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer that has passed Fundamentals of Engineering and Principles and Practice of Engineering with 2 to 3 years relevant experience after licensure.

We have worked extensively in Oklahoma with many other projects in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois,Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
